Then she decided to blast through her idea that cooking was supposed to be serious, measured and left to the professionals.
She started to play with her food.
Gradually she began creating recipes that had friends and family members asking the recipe for! They wanted HER to show THEM how to cook!

She cuts through all the nitty gritty and helps you feel comfortable in the kitchen-so comfortable that many of her clients (who also never cooked before) began having regular dinner parties and they were the chef!
