Group coaching support is a wonderful and convient way to improve all areas of your life for the fraction of the price of individual coaching. I offer both tele- coaching and live groups. This way you know you can receive the support you are looking for in the way that is best for your lifestyle. All our group sessions are confidential and I take great pride in creating a safe space (forboth in person and virtual coaching) so all participants are can feel free to share and form a true bond with each other.In order to maintain privacy,before beginning a new group, I ask that all participants sign a non-disclosure form to be sure that any and all information remains confidential and private.

What to expect during a group coaching session-
- Each meeting is 90 minutes and we meet 2x per month.
- We begin with a relaxation exercise and wash off the stress from the day so we can be fully present.
- Set or discuss goals and our challenges in achieving those goals since last meeting.
- Take time to share, listen and support each other without judgment and by offering any assistance we may feel could help.
- Receive a free mini-workshop on a particular healthy life topic to help the group reach their goals.
- Paired sharing, as well as group sharing to discuss workshop and how the information affects us and our goals.
- Create & discuss our personal action steps, how to be accountable so you achieve them.
- You also receive free materials for self care and to ensure your success in achieving your goals.
