Food Changes Everything 

 

While most dietitians have a tendency to dwell on  lists of good and bad foods, calories, carbs, fats, proteins, micro-nutrients and restrictions,  I work with my clients to create a life that is empowered with self confidence, happiness & health and done in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial. 
 
There is no one diet that works for everyone. It's our Bio-Individuality that  makes us so unique. Each one of us is as different from one another as our fingerprint. There is no one way of eating that is suitable for everyone. And there is never one way of eating that is right for us at every point of our lives. We are constantly changing. Our likes & dislikes vary from day to day, from month to month and from year to year. This is also true of what nourishes us. We find it perfectly normal to do spring cleaning and get rid of the things that no longer serve us- but have you ever thought of doing that with your food, your friends,or your job? Are they still nourishing and supporting you in a positive way?
I work with you in helping you find out what works best for you now and in helping you achieve the life you deserve to live. Change of any sort that is going to last and endure should be a step-by-step process, and never rushed or forced.
