By combining wholistic nutrition education, health & wellness coaching, stress management coaching, thought re-programming techniques and holistic life coaching you gain the ability to improve every area of your life with the support and assistance of an experienced coach and get results- fast!
Most coaching conviently takes place over the telephone. This allows you the freedom of improving your health, without creating the added stress of having to drive to an appointment amidst your already busy schedule. Twice a month for an hour (or each week if you prefer) you get all attention focused on you & your health concerns from someone who carefully listens to everything you are saying and is qualitfied to help. She will develop a simple action plan with you to crowd out your old, destructive habits and create lifestyle and eating habits that are empowering, delicious and fun. You will discover new foods, activities and may find parts of your personality you never let shine before!
As you uncover what nourishes you best in all areas of your life- from your food to your relationships and lifestyle, you begin to take control of your life and start directing your course, rather than feeling as if you are a victim in it.

Have you ever considered the nutritonal value of a hug? What about the nourishing value of your thoughts? We are all different
Dina believes each of us is as unique as our fingerprint, so what nourishes us from our foods to our physical exercise to our spirituality and relationships should be just as individual & unique. She adheres to the theory of bio-individuality. This is the theory that each person has their own personal nutritional needs. What 's one person’s food is another person’s poison. So, when nutrition experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy,” it’s too much of a generalization.
When we take responsibility for our own health and well being, we gain an insight into ourselves that empowers us to really know what's right for us in every situation.

As adults we are capable of making our own decisions. Even children know what feels good and bad. As Dina works with you, she'll help you re-learn how to tap into your intuition, to figure out the who, what, where and why that particular thing nourishing for you as opposed to just feeding you.
When you're nourished a little bit goes a long way. When you are just fed, it fills you up but isn't very satisfying. Nor does it help your body or mind perform at it's optimum. When you are nourished you receive everything you need to feel healthy, satiated, happy and safe.
