Hi! My name is Dina Hansen, and I'm not your ordinary health and nutriton professional. I'm a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Health who specializes in Integrative Nutrition. I believe every woman is unique & special, and a "Wonder Woman" in her own right. We deserve to be empowered with the ability to create a vivacious life filled with health, happiness & deep satisfaction every day.
As a mother, wife and business owner I know It's not always easy to care for yourself. Healthy Life Coaching enables you to enjoy your daily moments, upgrade your current eating habits and give you back your sense of self. There are no cookie cutter programs. Each plan is customized specifically to you and your needs. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" or recommendations that fit a general group or population.
Once you have the tools to change your daily eating & lifestyle habits, your choices both on and off the plate will have a HUGE impact in improving your health on every level.

Many of us think we eat pretty well.
But did you know that if what you're eating is not nourishing you, it can lead to malnutrition, anxiety, mood swings, an inability to concentrate,weight gain, a lack of self confidence, restlessness,stress and irritability? All of these symptoms are signs of low blood sugar or Hypoglycemia which is a precursor to diabetes.
When we choose the specific foods that are nourishing to us as an individual we have a greater ability to generate a feeling of peace & inner calm, well being, focus &vitality while we build our self esteem and lose weight.
What we choose to eat creates our thoughts. Our thoughts create the actions that form our lives. Your life is where it is now because of what you've been feeding yourself.
