Q: I'm pretty healthy, and I think I have a good diet. Why would I want a Healthy Life Coach?
 
A: For years I thought I was eating well too. But, as it turned out, what I thought was healthy for me, was not. Since everyone is as different as their fingerprint, each person is going to need different dietary foods for their body to really be at its healthiest. Many of us may know WHAT to eat to be healthy, but we either don't always follow through or the foods we choose don't seem right for us. A Healthy Life Coach helps you figure out your most optimal way of eating and helps you put it into practice in a way that is simple and at a pace you can stick with.  As your coach I also help you find out how to nourish yourself in all other areas of your life as well. this includes your exercise, relationships, and overall lifestyle. Because our food is just they beginning to a healthy, happy life. 
 
 
 
 
Q: I keep hearing I should eat healthier, but why should I care?
 
A:The saying "You are what you eat" is really the key to your question. It may sound like an old wives tale, but when you are eating foods  that are really chemicals created in a lab to resemble food, foods that contain pesticides or just plain highly processed, the harder it is for your mind and body to deal with stress, emotions, physical activity, other people and so on. When you are eating well, you have more energy to do what you love, more patience to deal with the challenges that come with daily living, more confidence and self-esteem. When you are balanced in these areas, your chances of living an extraordinary life are pretty good. 
 
 
Q. How are you different than a dietitian? Is there any benefit to seeing you instead?
 
A. That's a great question. But the answer depends on what you are looking for. If you're looking to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions, lists of good and bad foods, and someone to tell you to follow a specific diet plan based on the USDA food pyramid, then I encourage you to see a dietitian. I work more deeply with my clients. I believe every person is as unique as their fingerprint, so I help you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you, along with uncovering any patterns that may be sabottaging you from achieving your goals. YOU define your health & lifestyle goals. I listen carefully, teach you the secrets of intuitive eating, guide you towards a better understanding of your relationship with your food and your body as well as make sure you accomplish your goals in the time frame you design. Because we work on more than just your physical health and well-being  you begin to know yourself on a deeper level and intuitively create  a lifelong balance in your body, your mind, and your soul which enables the hapiness in your relationships, your lifestyle & your health to greatly improve.
